Booking
A signed agreement and a 50% retainer hold your date; the balance is due on the day of the shoot. The retainer is non-refundable but transfers if you reschedule (see below).
Life happens — one free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Weather-related moves for outdoor shoots are always free.
A sneak peek of 3–5 images within 48 hours. Full galleries are delivered in about {{TURNAROUND_PORTRAIT}} for portraits and {{TURNAROUND_EVENT}} for events.
Through your own private online gallery — view, favorite, and download your included images, and order prints or extras directly.
Shoots anywhere in Thurston County — Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm, Rainier, Tenino, Rochester — are always included, no travel fee. Outside the county, I charge 75¢ per round-trip mile from Thurston County, based on the 2026 IRS standard business mileage rate (72.5¢/mile). It's quoted upfront when you book, so there are never surprises. Tacoma, Centralia, and the coast are all very doable.
