How long will my gallery stay online?
Galleries stay up for 3 months after delivery. Download your images promptly — and back them up somewhere safe.
Can I share my gallery with family and friends?
Yes — share the link and PIN with anyone you like. They can view, favorite, and order their own prints.
Why do the preview images have a watermark?
Previews are watermarked until an image is purchased or included in your package — after that, downloads are full-resolution and watermark-free, automatically.
